Return & Exchange Policy
- We accept returns if the product is delivered to you in damaged condition and not damaged while in your possession. (unboxing video is mandatory)
- We accept returns if the wrong product is delivered to you. (ex:- you ordered Product A, but received Product B)
- We accept returns only if the product returned is not different from what was shipped to you.
- For returns to be eligible for a full refund, we request you to return the products in the original unused condition and with tags.
- If you wish to return a product, it must be shipped to us by the customer and cost incurred in returning the product should fully be borne by the customer.
- Please contact us via mail, WhatsApp or Call within 2 days of the product(s) receipt we would be more than happy to assist with your returns & refund requests.
- Please be informed that in case of returns, only the products cost will be refunded to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Just in case you are not satisfied with the product or quality, you can return the product and exchange it for a new one. Or, we will issue a gift voucher for the corresponding order value.
- Please note that returns and refunds are not available for custom orders and international orders.
